Terminating Organizational Leaders.

My recommendation is these do not happen the same way petitioning for organizational change (disapproval is automatically forced poll twice a season). I am recommending the vote happens when the individual has over 65% dissaproval a rating it triggers a vote and the individual would be replaced the following season (if people vote them out). The organization automatically replaces from within but a local community can petition the regional coordinator to employ a specific individual. My feelings are if there are 15% of people that potition, it gets added for a vote. The reason we should consider a higher rate for firing is the cost of training, we need to have one season of patience if its just a low-yield year.. Regardless of who is in charge droughts can happen and we don’t want to terminate people unless its incompetence.
