The idea is to have professional chefs from around the world donate their time to add recipe cards based off the ingredients we grow (per area). Just because its healthy doesn’t mean it has to taste bad, most dishes you can make a pretty close approximation to a meat dish. Just using vegetable base with low sodium you can make stew that tastes just like it has beef. You can use apples in Pho.. there are a whole lot of tricks to the point that everyone should like the recipes (maybe not everyone of them, but no one likes everything). The dishes will have no or low sodium and we ask people to season to flavor so it has a broader appeal. The recipe cards also include directions to add meats if you choose to.
