People with a Lot of Land, Reoccuring Tax Breaks for Limited Property Donations and Should we also Offer Personal Gardens to Donor (Slightly above Costs)?

Unfortunately its how we have to start operations. It would be a great thing if the organizational arm can get some sort of reoccurring tax break in areas where there is need, but no room. Say if your in your mid 30’s and could donate enough room to make it worth it, we should still Garden there. Or an exemption so that we can pay a percentage of dividends to people who donate space under contract to not disturb our section of the garden if you would like us to build you a personal one we can discuss that but we’d need to charge for materials ect (which should be pretty affordable) but can act as an additional funding source possibly. Its things we’d have to look at closely.
